Good Friday people! For years I’ve worked #goodfriday , I’ve watched others take the day off, to have fun and be with their families. Self-employment means that work takes over a lot, what we have to remember though is that self-employment also gives us freedom. So I’m shutting the laptop and taking the day off! Hands up those of you who moisturise your baby's skin everyday? Hands up those of you who use nappy cream after every bum change? Until I began working with @johnsonsbabyuk , I was completely guilty of moisturising our girls skin only when it began to look a little dry. When what I should have been doing was moisturising daily, from day one. I wasn't applying nappy cream after every single change either. Needless to say, there have been a couple of times when we've had to tackle nappy rash. These days though, I know better. It's all about about the moisturisation

How many of you guys look out for baby products that are 'free from parabens'? There's such a hype about it these days and there's so much fear among consumers, especially when is comes to the ingredients added to the products we use on our children. I must admit, I've been lured into the depths of the argument in the past. Since working with @johnsonsbabyuk though, I've learnt that actually the quantities of these ingredients used in some products is in no way harmful to our children. This year I'm so excited to be a Johnson's Baby Ambassador. Johnson's is a brand that's been used by parents for generations, including me! Before I began working with @johnsonsbabyuk , I had no idea that babies skin is 30% thinner than ours. I mean, I knew it was delicate, but 30% is a real difference. I also didn't realise that the pH of a baby's skin drops rapidly after birth. This means that we really should take extra care of their skin and that includes using the right products, designed especially for them.
