help: clear skin – Review & Giveaway

A lot of us associate acne with our teenage years. That’s not always the case though, acne can follow us into our adulthood and continue to leave us feeling conscious of our appearance. There’s nothing worse than looking in the mirror and focussing on our flaws, instead of our beauty. Since having children, a combination of sleepless nights and stressful days have added to the strain on my skin. So when I was offered the chance to try out help: clear skin, I couldn’t wait to finally get the glowing appearance that I’ve been waiting for!

Help: clear skin is a soluble formula containing a combination of natural ingredients including, aloe vera and lactoferrin. It’s also free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and gluten. Whilst being suitable for vegetarians, diabetics and those who are lactose intolerant.

One sachet per day is dissolved into water, soft drinks or added to food. The package advises that the product should be used for four to six weeks, before you’ll begin see a noticeable difference. I couldn’t wait to get started and added help: clear skin to my daily care routine straight away!

I was pleasantly surprised at how palatable the solution is. Often supplements have a distinguishable taste, but I found that this product could simply be added to water and taken without leaving a bad taste in my mouth. This certainly made it easier to stick to my new routine, as I don’t dread taking the product each day.

After just one week of consistently using help: clear skin, I’ve definitely noticed a positive change in my appearance.  My skin appears brighter and my spots reduced, which is a huge confidence boost. It’s been refreshing not to have to spend so much time strategically applying make up, to cover the little devils! I love being able to look in the mirror and concentrate on what’s good about the person staring back at me, rather than picking apart the areas I’ve previously been unhappy with.

The product could be viewed as a little on the expensive side, but considering it’s positives it may be worth investing.  You know what they say, you get what you pay for!

Overall, I’m super impressed with this product and it will stay a part of my self care routine. It may have taken me until 26 years of age to get clear skin, but now I have it I’m not letting it go!
