Fuel Your Dreams with Sun-Pat

Fitness has always been my thing.  Pre-children I had my fitness regime down to a tee.  I had structured training sessions and ate well.  Running was and still is one of my favourite workouts. I love being outside in the fresh air, with my favourite music playing in the background.  It really blows away those cobwebs and makes me feel on top of the world!

Having two children so close together meant that my fitness regime had to be put on the back burner, for well over eighteen months.  My stamina dropped significantly, so being able to run longer distances became a thing of the past.  I dream about being able to run 5K again, to prove to myself that I can put the work in and achieve such a rewarding outcome.

Over the past two months I have stepped up my fitness game – I am determined to reach my 5K goal!  I’m spurred on when I think about how much being a fit and healthy mum will benefit my children.

One of the most important elements to training is eating well.  Our bodies need fuel to keep going, that’s why I like to eat Sun-Pat on training days.  It’s packed full with natural protein, is high in fibre and is a great source of energy for when I need it most!  Best of all, it’s absolutely yummy!

Getting back into training hasn’t been easy.  Fitting in workouts when Baby J and Little E need all of my attention during the day is difficult, but I’m sticking to my regime so I can turn my 5K dream into reality!

Do you have a dream that you would love to turn into reality? Teaming up with Olympian Adam Peaty and TV presenter Helen Skelton, the guys over at Sun-Pat are giving two winners the chance to live their dream for an entire day.  They are also offering eight runners up a whole years supply of Sun-Pat, as well as a £1000 donation to a local group of their choice.  Head over to #SunPatDreams  to tell them all about your dream for a chance to win!

*We were sent Sun-Pat Peanut Butter for the purpose of this post.  All opinions are my own.

Sun pat was always my go to brand for peanut butter but the past few years it’s been very greasy. Dammit

Mmmmm love Sun Pat, we don’t get it here in France I have to buy an American brand which is ok but not the same. My daughter loves a peanut butter sandwich, and I love to sneak a bit of peanut butter on toast! Yum!

Well done for getting back into rinning again. I’m like you I really enjoy how it blows away the cobwebs, and provides a feeling of escapism. I used to run half marathons, there’s no way I could do that now. Have you tried Park Run? It’seems a free 5k park run on a Saturday morning, there’s loads of themoney around the UK. Thanks for linking up at #fortheloveofBLOG. Claire x
